Chemin de fer du Haut-Forez

The Chemin de fer du Haut Forez offers regular, special and themed trains throughout the year. This allows you and your family to go in search of Santa Claus, get spooked for Halloween, celebrate an original family event, go out with snowshoes or mountain bikes or simply discover our beautiful region!

You can explore the railway from May to October on trains from the 1950's. Throughout the year there are themed and special trains available on request (by associations, families or professionals).

Regular service runs fro May to October with special events all year round and only group reservations. Information on schedules and fares is available at the Tourist Office of Saint Bonnet le Chateau or Usson en Forez.
